Eyewear Repair Express® offers a fast and easy Mail-in service to make our quality repairs available to everyone....everywhere!"

To use our Mail-in services just follow these easy instructions.
  1) Prepare your frames
Be certain to properly protect your glasses for shipping, our suggestions are: Place the frame into one of your hard case protectors or wrap them with bubble wrap. Ship the protected frames in a small box or padded envelope.

                           When sending your frames
                        through your preferred carrier,
                    we recommend that you send them
certified and insured properly as we can not be
responsible for items lost in transit.

4) Repair assessment and approval upon receipt of your frames, we will contact you to discuss the repairs, quote
the price, and obtain your approval to do the work.

5) Payment options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express or by mailing us a money order. Once we have received payment, we will promptly send most repair back to you within 24 to 72 hours. Return shipping provided by USPS. Preferred carrier and Insured shipments are upon request.
